The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws.

I have a statistics test at 8am tomorrow morning. I need to finish 2 related homework assignments and study for it. It's raining and cold. I need to run to Barnes and Noble to buy books for a couple research papers. I need chocolate, lots of chocolate. Benno is being sweet and trying to comprehend statistics for me. He took stats and passed it so theoretically he understands it. It's so much easier to have a person explain things rather than a book.
