This is rich. Gore says that it's Bush's fault that the economy is in shambles. Enron, World Com, Global Crossing, and now Xerox are all Bush's fault. This in spite of the fact that the trouble started before Bush was president. Gee. Who was president before Bush? So really it would be those policies that allowed for massive fraud.

Lord. That's all sub-saharan Africa needs. Mad Cow, on top of AIDS, famine, terrible governments, social unrest, and the legacy of apartheid. Not to mention the fact that livestock are a combination of walking larder and bank account to many many people there. Eeesh.
