The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws.

This story delights me. I'm disappointed that he ended up not pressing charges but the credible threat of doing so probably scared some small amount of sense into that particular security staff.

Dude... You know MSNBC's market share is slipping when they've got this up on the main page.
"So why do you think that your penis is too small? You cannot go by your observations in locker rooms or furtive glances in public bathrooms. There is just too much variation in size between flaccid and erect penises.
Studies have shown that in the non-erect state, the average penis measures 3 3/4 inches. And nature has a funny way of equalizing things, because smaller penises enlarge more than bigger penises. The average erect penis is 6 inches long, but may vary from 4 1/2 to 8 inches.
Also, anatomical differences between penises can vary their looks, making a direct comparison tricky.
In any case, you have what you have. If you still want to accentuate the perception of how large you look, here are some tips:
*Trim your pubic hairs so they’re very short. By giving yourself a haircut, you make the penis appear larger. This is a trick that the actors in adult films use.
*Lose weight. By losing weight in the lower stomach, the shaft of your penis is exposed, accentuating its length."
Not kidding!

The timing of this news seems very suspicious. I really hope that they haven't been sitting on this knowledge just waiting for the proper time to pull it out of the hat. You never know. They may have had a good reason to keep quiet about it until now. I certainly hope they aren't using that pilot for PR purposes. 11 years! Imagine his poor family. First he's missing, then he's dead, then they don't know, now he's alive.
