Young adults in Minnesota are lighting up a lot more often than anyone knew.
Nearly 40 percent of people 18 to 24 smoke at least once in a while, according to the first in-depth survey of the smoking habits of that age group, according to a survey to be released today. A third of them smoke every day -- nearly twice the rate of older adults.
