I can't believe I forgot to blog about this. Last week we got a chain letter from Saint Matthew's Churches in Tulsa Oklahoma. It included a weird paper 'prayer rug' with a bizarre artists rendition of the shroud of Turin.

On the envelope:
"Dear Jesus, We pray that you will bless someone in this home spiritually, physically and fianancially. And please dear Lord, bless the one who's hands open this letter."

On the back of the 'prayer rug':
"This Prayer Rug is Soaked with the Power of prayer for you. Use it immediately, then please return it with your Prayer Needs Checked on our letter to you. It must be mailed to a second home that needs a blessing after you use it. Prayer works. Expect God's blessing."

On the pamphlet inside:
"Dear St. Matthew's... God blessed me with over $5,000"
"Dear St. Matthew's Our Lord has blessed us with a big 6 room house."
"I've gotten a new car and a job, ... I've been blessed."
"The Lord has healed my throat."
"Blessed with $46,000 after using prayer rug"

Honestly I'm at a loss for a response.
