A little lump of coal for a bad online store:So I ordered a gift from www.lighterside.com on December 11. Today, worried if it would arive in time, I logged into their website and discover that the item is backordered. It is December 23 today. I recieved no communication beyond the initial order confirmation. I have no idea if the item will be back in stock in 2 weeks or 2 months. www.lighterside.com has ruined my christmas gift. www.lighterside.com has appalling customer service. Lighterside sucks. Don't buy from lighterside. If you want to offer an online store the rudiments of customer service should still be applied. 12 days after I ordered an item that wasn't in stock, and NOT ONE SINGLE email. So here's a little Google present, hopefully someone will see this and shop elsewhere.
