So it's not enough to muzzle cartoonists now. (There's a million dollar bounty on their heads.) Gays and women better shut up too. Or the muslims might get violent. You can't placate bullies. You can only beat them so hard and so often that their chauvanism and insecurity crumble into sad little piles of men who couldn't get dates without a monopoly on the behavior of their women.
